Aylmerton |

Aylmerton is a small village three miles south-east of Cromer, and two miles west of Felbrigg.  The church, St. John the Baptist, has a round tower and stands above the village, to the north. There are remains of a transept on the north side, reduced when the nave was rebuilt c.1400. The chancel windows date from the middle of the 14th century. One mile south of the village is an ancient stone cross, restored. Russell Freeman
